What this website collects

Nothing. The quote form on this site does not send or store your details. It prepares a message in WhatsApp or your email app, and you choose whether to send it. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

What I keep when you contact me

When you call, text, WhatsApp or email, I keep your name, contact details, address and notes about your garden, so I can quote, arrange visits, do the work and invoice you. The lawful basis is taking steps to enter into, and then carrying out, a contract with you.

I keep records of quotes that don't go ahead for 12 months, and records of work and invoices for six years, as required for tax purposes. I don't sell or share your details with anyone except where it's needed to run the business, such as my accountant, or where the law requires it.

Photographs

I may photograph work in your garden to show on this website or social media. I'll always ask first, and I never show house numbers, faces or anything that identifies where you live.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
